Australian studios Panda Arcade, Chaos Theory Games and VR Realms pick up commendations at last night's NYX Game Awards
Three Australian studios have been awarded prizes at the NYX Game Awards held last night in New York.
Melbourne's Panda Arcade won the Grand Prize in the "Mobile Games - Multiplayer Game" category for Pico Tanks, joining Chaos Theory Games and Pentaquest who picked up a Gold prize for KangaZoo and VR Realms who were awarded four Silver Prizes for NEO 2045.
HoloVista by Aconite which was produced by Melbourne's Meredith Hall was also awarded four prizes Gold Prize "Mobile Games - Indie Game", Gold Prize "Mobile Games - Best Art Direction", Silver Prize "Mobile Games - VR/AR Game" and Silver Price "Mobile Games - Best Music"
